At Restaurant Harpfnstub'n we invite you to be part of a culinary journey deeply rooted in the culture of the Lavant Valley. Here you can experience the fusion of alpine hospitality with innovative cuisine, and discover how we bring the beauty and flavors of Carinthia to your plate.

 

This gastronomic venture is the work Marc Zickler and Katharina Dohr. With a strong commitment to nature, regionality, and sustainability, they promise to bring the paradise of Carinthia to their guests' plates.

Marc Zickler is not only an accomplished chef but also a  junior sommelier, barista, and a trainer. His diverse skills and drive for perfection shaped his career and make him an outstanding figure in the culinary world.

Katharina Dohr, a native of Wolfsberg, also gained valuable experience in top Swiss hotels. Now she is returning to her roots, and together with Marc, they are bringing their passion project, the Harpfnstub'n, to life.
